In the end, I'll have minimum 400 health, 150-200 stam, 140 oxygen, 100 water and food, 500 weight, 100 melee, 109 speed, 100 crafting, 20 fortitude. Numbers aren't exact but that's approx my stat distro for every playthrough I have done and it works out fairly well. This is for single player and PVE. Depends on what you like to do, really.
