Typically, once a password is reset, an email would be sent as a safety measure, just in case there was ever an incident that was not done by the account holder.It was suggested that I go to my profile, click on subscriptions & notifications tab, and make changes. I was not told what changes to make. Then save the changes. However, when I did this, I did not know what changes to make in order to stop having to log in with my username and password.Lastly, having reset my password to new value, does Xfinity prevent users from resetting it back to the previous value? That might be the simplest resolution to my problem as I should be able to switch my other devices back w/o any problems.
