Sometimes it's multiple big oceans you can connect with good Canal cities and build a super trade empire. Sometimes it's 1 big ass ocean and naval strength is viable.Hercules, Hippolyta, and the Twins. Hercules gets me districts quick, which is great for my Civs on new continents.
