dont know about websites with build templates, but what i use has made clearing up through ng+4 easy. 40/40 str/dex and the drangleic sword. the r2 is a thrust followed with a wide swing. its easy to get enemies to come at you, and they just run straight into your thrust for the most part. the mirrah sword has a similar move set if you want to be more dex focused.So a Str-build works good there. For the other two DLC's a Dex build is totally fine. To make it easiy you could go for a Rapier+Leo ring.
