This load gives factory equivalent velocities with 1 MOA or better accuracy. Yes CFE223 can be used in 6.5G. In fact it works well with a wide variety of projectiles. Hornady 9th edition has some load data for projectiles ranging from 95-129gr. bullets. Hornady manual has data.

Sierra lists the 65 and 63 grain bullets together in the same table sharing the same data. Hodgdon's website has a load for .223 for the Sierra 63 grain SP. I'd use the Hodgdon data starting low and working up.
