My dodge charger won't start.

I recently bought a 2.7L 2010 Dodge Charger SE. I got a good deal because the previous owner could not get it started. It wouldn't start on a super cold day in February, and it has been sitting ever since. It turns over but won't start. If you try to buy it from a parts store they will have to order it, so go buy it from your local Dodge Dealership's Parts Center.
