Yes, you go noticeably faster with enhanced eager. nope. I’ve heard it does nothing for actual shatterskating but it lunges you further with a regular light attack. This is done the same way as shatterdive skating on hunter except you use well instead of shatterdive (Eager Edge off a ledge -> jump+well).
