Flawless widescreen works you have to rename the "start_protected_game" exe file to something else and then rename the original elden ring.exe file to "start_protected_game". #7. Explanation: Basically, Flawless Widescreen unlocks the refresh rate and fps of Elden Ring, and Nvidia half refresh rate limits it to a half, so you will go from 120hz to 60fps.
