UPDATE: I figured out the reason why find my device is not working. It seems that it doesn't work if the Surface is in battery saver mode. In this mode, I could not find my device even though battery power was at 99%. Once I deactivated the battery saver mode, I could find my surface without any problems.So far I’ve unpaired / paired the AirTag, reset the AirTag, turned Bluetooth and the U1 off and on, turned off and on Find My, signed out and in to iCloud, restarted and reset the phone, reset the network settings, and I’ve just erased and restored all content and settings with the same result.
