Hello,I have been using Arcane build PVE-only utilizing Eleonoras poleblade (+9), Dragon communition seal (+7), very rarely Sacred spear (+5 now), and some dragon incantations (rotten breath, frozen, fire etc) and then blood incantations (swarm flies, bloodboon) and flame grant me strength. It is better to dual wield at high level for pretty much every weapon unless you are using a shield, 2 handing is never needed. I believe it's really preference. I like power stance twinblades as the jump attack is really good and has multiple hits, which is nice when I'm doing a jump attack bleed build.
