Dont forget the OG Poisoner, Kael. Well Frozen Banshee is one of the best. She relies on counter attack to land enough poisons though (or 2:1 speed ratio). You could probably build the one in Retaliation set and sub the other for an ally protect champ or something. 2 speed boosters makes ally protect pretty much irrelevant though.
Anax is squishier but will deal more damage, so somewhat it depends on your team. If you are running unkillable, double ally-protect, or have 100% uptime on strengthen+increased defense then Anax will absolutely own against the CB.
