Estoc has R1 spam for staggering anybody anytime and Warden Twinblade has R1 once, if it connects, Weaponart and win. I've used both, the estoc was pretty rad because it's range is ridiculous, it's speed is ridiculous and it's damage is ridiculous.

edit: Also, Ricard's has a tiny bit more AR on a dex build, Estoc is better on a quality build. Estoc have better base dmg, Richard have better moveset, Velkas have better INT scaling (but not buffable). I recommend you to use both, a buffed Richard weapon is very usefull for bosses.
