Staccato is one of the most expensive handguns I own. However every dollar was worth it and I never think about the cost because I feel like every dollar was worth the value of the gun! I have cheaper guns I think I overpaid because they do not deliver like the staccato!It comes down to what you want to do, The XC is a nice range toy, you cant really compete with it in a comp though, it put you in the open class and you are up against true open guns. For me I got a DLC barrel and love it. The less wear isn't the only benefit. It's smoother all around which makes a difference with these tight tolerances. If you had to guesstimate a % how much would you say. I couldn't give you an exact percentage but at $100, I think it's worth it.
