The wires going to the crank position sensor were shorted together. The short was beneath the plastic loom. The CPS test with in specs. I tested the coil pack using an ohm meter going from ground on the coil to the plug wire and have 0 resistance on both terminals. You need to pull the injectors and see if they are pulsing when you crank it over. If they are then you have ruled out everything except compression.
